I have no idea why last week’s email came to you in some shades of orange or something. Wasn’t MY idea! Complain to Reverbnation - I did! Don’t forget to send me your gigs a week ahead or more – I’ve gotten notice of a LOT of them way too late to include here…..even if I AM a day late!

Hot time in the city, huh? Hey – does anyone want to start a HOT funk/R&B/MoTown band with me? Rufus, Tower of Power, Lettuce, Stevie Wonder, Stuff, Fourplay, Cobham, Chic Corea, Michael McDonald, Tom Scott, etc????? Pros only, please! I’m curious…..let me know….

Meanwhile, the TRACY LEE BAND had its debut at the Schnecksville Fair in PA on Saturday – it was packed, and the audience was great!! Come check it out – see the dates below.

Well, the Tracy Lee Band will have made its debut by the time you read this. It’s the first band for me that has had a lot of rehearsal time since my tour with Breakfast Of Champions. Let me know what you think – our schedule is listed at the end of this email.

He has a 32+++ track Mac/Cubase 5 recording setup, and he can get it done for you. Demos, CD’s, whatever. He also has a warehouse full of audio systems ready for you to use anywhere – he’ll rent you a backline, or he’ll set up lights, sound, have a guy there to mix on the fly, and record it too!!! OR, anything in between.
