For the duration, the Larry Holmes Tuesday night jam will be hosted by Arne Englund while Todd is in Europe. See the “JAMS “ Section below.

Members of JAMO, the TRACY LEE BAND, and TOO STUPID TO QUIT have met at a local Irkustkian sweat lodge, and they have traded players to entertain you in two places at once! On April 9, JAMO, Marc Young, John Kacmarek, and Paul Berger will tear up the Midtown Tavern – they’re gonna call it “THE SHAMAN”. Scott “Bone” Ward and Bill Dehart will join the rest of TOO STUPID TO QUIT to spoil the milk at Pavinci’s in Lake Hopatcong. So if you’re out, you can have fun no matter where you are!

If you have any trouble reading this thing, just go to http://jamogigcentral.blogspot.com/, and it will all be there. Marisa Chiara does that for me, and I really appreciate her help. You can print it out for yer own use, etc. If you meet her at one of our gigs, be sure to say Hi… (and try not to make her laugh... she has a gas problem!)

A Blues and R& B Party hosted by BIG NANCY AND SUPREME COURT at Gambino’s Inn will take place on April 9th. Supreme Court’s special guests will be soul stylist Yolanda Briggs and Blues man Bill Sims Jr. Yolanda Briggs is the red-hot soul and gospel singer formerly with the Blues Man Willie Band. She is known for her blistering renditions of Aretha Franklin and Etta James tunes. Bill Sims Jr. is a steady rocking real deal blues man. His voice is currently heard in most cars and homes in America via the Coca-Cola, Folgers, Wendy’s and many other advertising spots he has recorded. He is known and plays all over the world. BIG NANCY is one of the rare breed of female Blues Harmonica players to be acknowledged for her talent. (And she’s my great friend, too!) She has recently been recognized as a Great Artist from New Jersey and has also been accepted as a member and an Ambassador of the Blues by The Blues Hall of Fame.
